LAKESHORE ESTATES MH PARK RULES
These rules have been adopted for the general welfare, benefit, and protection of all residents, guests, and visitors, and are part of all rental agreements.
PET AGREEMENT
Through this form, residents may keep two small house pets. No unregistered or unapproved animals are allowed in the park.

RESIDENCY APPLICATION
Prospective subtenants or assignees must be approved by management and must submit an application for residency in the park. Each person desiring residency must complete a separate application.
PERMANENT RESIDENT LEASE AGREEMENT
Once approved, this is the lease agreement for permanent residents who own their mobilehomes. Â Be sure to provide proof of home ownership (title).
NON-OWNERSHIP RENTAL LEASE
